The hotel consists of five buildings of 1-3 floors, distributed around a small pool with a pool bar. Along the waterfront is the hotel's restaurant and associated bar, spread over two floors with stunning sea views. Tropic on the beach is a simple but popular hotel that is suitable for those who want to live by the sea and also be able to easily reach the center of Side on foot in about 10 minutes. During the high season, sometimes there can be loud music from the restaurant, as well as from the bars of neighboring hotels.
