o If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
WINTER PERIOD (01/11-30/04)
o If the booking is cancelled with more than 7 days before the arrival, no penalty;
o If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 night as a penalty;
o If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
