Each apartment has an impeccable view of a natural reserve and greenery to the right, and the seaside with the coast road featuring a lovely promenade to the left. The apartments are located in the heart of Marsascala overlooking the playing fields. Restaurants, bars, doctor and dentist's clinic ,a pharmacy, a bank and a sub-post office are all within walking distance.

The apartments consist of one twin bedroom, well lit kitchen/living/dining room, bathroom, balcony. The bedroom and living area are both fully air conditioned. (please note that the apartments do not include an elevator but the first apartment is located at ground level)
