This cottage is located in Parque Natural de Llevant, surrounded by mountains making it a quiet place. Palma airport is 80km away and Cala Ratjada, 10km.

This farm-house building in 1800 was restored in 2003. It is well equipped to offer a pleasant stay. It has with garden and parking.

It consists of three apartments with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, terrace and pool. They have towels, sheets, blankets, dishes, digital television and satellite, safe, heating, furniture, outdoor furniture table and chairs, parasol and loungers.

It offers the possibility of hiring a bike guided tours or rent bicycles for individual use.

From the town of Arta, go to the Hermitage of Betlem and after 2km, take the exit Puça Road until you reach a cross. At that point, take the left path and 1km from the farm is located. If necessary, customers can advise to go to pick a strategic point of the village.
