Notable among its former owners and residents are American poet and artist Charles Henri Ford, as well as an Ottoman Pasha whose name sadly eludes records.

AZADE is located in the heart of Old Town Chania, offering amazing views towards the Sea and the Venetian Old Harbour. It features 9 ultra spacious Suites with amazing decor that combine the original materials of the 17th Century Old Villa with modern designs and amenities.
