"Folies" are situated at a verdurous area, in the Alepou suburb, just a couple of minutes off Corfu Town. The complex consists of 22 two-room apartments and 7 studios, all fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioning. Appearing ideal for those who wish to spend their holidays in a place close enough to downtown, without compromising the green scenery, might serve as well those who search for a permanent residence with the respective qualification throughout the year. All apartments have a big yard with lawn, flowers and trees while "Folies" provide to their residents two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.
