Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in is possible upon request. Guests will be required to pick up the keys from a secure box outside the agency. The secure code will be send by e-mail before arrival. For all late arrivals (after 7pm) or on weekends or public holidays, the customer must pay their reservation in full in advance as well as the deposit. The keys will be in a security box with code.
