Exterior The hotel has been converted from a terrace of early Victorian townhouses. General This is an comfortable hotel, within easy reach to Central London. Lobby The lobby is medium in size, laid out with marble, there is a small seating area opposite the pale wooden reception desk and to the left through the glass door is a cosy lounge with comfortable seating. Location The hotel is located in the Bays water area north of Hyde Park and within walking distance of Kensington Gardens. Paddington and Lancaster Gate are the two nearest underground stations to the hotel. Restaurant Located on the lower ground floor, it is laid out with terracotta tiles and furnished in a rustic style. The cosy split level bar is on the ground floor. Rooms The rooms vary in size and shape but on average are small and all rooms have been totally refurbished in recent years. The rooms are pleasantly decorated in a light colour scheme and the bathrooms, also totally refurbished, are tiled with white tiles, both are in very good condition.
