This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the apartments reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards on the day of arrival at least GBP 200. Reservations made for weekend days may be pre-authorized up to GBP 500. As an extra measure against increasing fraudulent activity in London, Flying Butler will ask you to provide a copy of your photographic ID and a copy of the card used to make the booking at the time of confirming your reservation.
