With over 120 years of history, the building was constructed in 1882, during the reign of King Carol the First of Romania.The first mayor of the city of Constanta, Anton A. Alexandridi was the one who signed the building permit at the date.
The 19th century architecture was heavily influenced by the presence of foreign architects, mostly from France,Germany and Italy. It's one of the first buildings of it's time to receive a building permit. Belle Epoque Boutique Villa(restaurated in 2016) is located in the center of Constanta's historical centre, the ideal place to spend romantic and wonderful moments.
